Current 2/6 (3/6 in a month), set on pursuing head and neck and eventually a fully academic practice.
What makes a great applicant? Of course research/presentations are a must.
How about step 2/3 scores? Do fellowship directors put a lot of value in these?

Step score are not a factor when picking up applicants for H/N fellowship. Good interview and letters of recommendation are valued.
Agree, step scores are not a factor. I think good letters of recommendations, research and experience with head and neck cases.
