Annual Compensation: Year 1 = $350,000 annual base salary, plus 33% of Net collections over $1M. Year 2 = 33% of Net Collections.
Sign on Bonus: $50,000 paid upon fully executed contract.
Relocation Assistance: $10,000 paid upon fully executed contract.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a shortened day on Friday.
Continuing Education: $5,000 annual reimbursement
Malpractice Insurance: Employer covers cost.
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Multi-tiered plans available to Employee, effective 1st day of employment.
Dues, Licensure, Memberships: Membership and dues for professional societies and licenses usual and customary for the practice and as agreed by Corporation, e.g., AAOMS and local and state component society, North Carolina State Licensure, Hospital credentialing dues, Third party insurance contracting association dues.
Marketing: Corporate credit card provided for professional marketing & entertainment.
Mileage Reimbursement: Up to $500 per month, for work-related mileage reimbursement.
401K with 4% match: Eligible after 60 days of Full-Time employment.
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of paid time off, plus one additional week for a humanitarian mission.
